Refund claim must be submitted within 30 days time by email to from the purchase date (purchase date is inclusive). If you took the test at VUE or Prometric, you must send us the Registration Name and related E-mail address. This is required to validate result. If you took the test at Prometric, then you must send us the Testing ID and the Registration Name. The refund claim includes the following essential information:

If pay by paypal, then do provide the related E-mail for the paypal account

Candidate ID/Testing ID for Pearson VUE/ Prometric Testing Center

Scanned score/result sheet must indicate the same name of customer with in PDF or Image format

Non Refundable policy :
Below are the NonRefund plicies we maintain at Cert Soon

1. No refund provided on expired orders (out of 90 days from the purchase date), wrong exam purchase. No queries for refund will be considered once the product is downloaded, if payment is made for wrong exam or an order that is no longer accessible.

2. No refund provided on reired orders (for customer who use our product and attempt the exam after 6 months/1 year or attempting the exam which is already retired with out old product)

3. The product is non-refundable in case of failure in exam within 7 days of purchase of the product. It is highly recommended you spend at least 7 days to prepare for your certification exam using the Cert Soon training material to develop a comprehensive understanding.

4. Cert Soon provides only practice questions for Avaya, CISSP, EMC, HP, (ISC2), Microsoft, Oracle, PMI and SSCP exams so these are not covered by 100% pass and refund Warranty.

5. No refund can be asked for if the Candidate's name and Cert Soon account holder name are different.

6. Study Guides, Audio Exams, Preparation Labs and Hard Copies are not covered by Guarantee policy. Guarantee can't be claimed for Value packs, Bundles and products purchased on Special Discount Price.

7. The Final decision of Refund lies solely with Cert Soon.
