If you get prepared for the certification exam using our .PDF Question Answers, we guarantee your success in the first attempt, our customers failing never been happened, If somehow you do not pass the exam at your first tryout, we will not only get you FULL REFUND , but also provide you another exam of your choice, with no greater value than you previous purchase, ABSOLUTELY FREE !

Refund policy is applicable and valid for any CertSoon product if the learner fails the  exam within 30 days from the date of purchase from us, as a alternate if you are interested in exchange it is valid for 90 days from date of purchase. You can contact at billing@certsoon.com on this eaither to claim full refund or exchange. If your exam failure occurs before the purchasing date then you are not qualified for claiming guarantee. You must send the refund request within 7 days after exam failure.

Note: The money-back-guarantee is not applicable/valid in the following cases:

•     If a learner fail occurs with in 7 days after the purchasing date,your claim will be rejected on the basis of in-sufficient study of CertSoon materials hence we always recommend our learner to study maxmum time of 7 days to prepare for the real exam.
•     Wrong purchase. In case you have downloaded incorrect product, CertSoon will not entertain any claims;
•     In case of Free test (does not matter if it is a failed or wrong choice);
•     In case of Expired order(s) (exceeding the limit of 90 days from the purchase date);
•     Retired test (For those students who used our recent product to attend the exam which is already retired);
•     PDF Versions only (We provide PDF Versions as an additional service; these have the same content with test engine and not sold separately. So you cannot claim the money back guarantee against the PDF Versions);
•     Different in the names (Candidate's name is different than the payer's name);
•     The refund policy is not valid for Bundles purchase and thus you can not claim the guarantee on Bundle purchases
•     Our Guarantee Policy is not applicable to Admission Tests, Language Courses, Avaya, CISSP, EMC, HP, Oracle,  PMI and SSCP exams as www.prep4sure.com provides only the practice questions for these;
•     Outdated Exam materials are not valid for claim. Candidates who use our outdated materials to attend the Exam which is already updated by Prep4sure Team have no right to make Claims;

For the above cases and some others which do not appear but are involved with the guarantee policy, CertSoon.com reserves All Rights for the explanation regarding Claims.
